  • Creating and managing standard operating procedures helping us to streamline our operations and improve efficiency
  • Helping to forecast inventory, to ensure products are always available in stock, across raw materials, packaging and finished product
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Process and manage orders for larger accounts (including supermarket retailers)
  • Own and manage export orders, organising transport, export health certification and coordinating with vets, hauliers and international authorities (training will be provided)
  • Report on total business updates at weekly standups, and fortnightly board reviews
  • We are
not interested in formal qualifications. We're interested in you as a person, your passion and dedication.
  • 2+ years of administration and problem solving within another business
  • Strong sense of urgency and an ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment. We move fast, and we need you to move with us.
  • Strong people management skills, having the ability to coach colleagues and delegate workloads
  • Expert problem solver, you can tackle whatever comes your way, looking for costeffective solutions to daily problems
  • Exceptional organisation skills, with particular attention to detail.
  • Birdseye understanding of the total business, ability to quickly learn how all functions integrate together, smoothly
