:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm:

4:30pm finish on Fridays

SALARY**:
£25,000

:Newmarket - HYBRID WORKING,
minimum 2 days in office

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Accurate calculation of quantities and prices where required
Direct liaison with both clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Ability to interact and work closely alongside the wider preconstruction team to fully understand scheme requirements and info needed to inform price
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information
Assist to develop and evolve supply chain to serve the different market sectors
Maintain accurate records and electronic data
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
Assist project estimation lead to provide assistance as and when required
AD HOC duties as and when required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Highly numerate with a some understanding of current construction rates
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a wider team
Basic understanding of construction drawings, schedules, room data sheets, NBS documents & BQ documents
