Mencap Northern Ireland

Location:
Hybrid working around 2 days a week in the Belfast children's centre with frequent travel across Northern Ireland

£37,350 pa plus excellent benefits

About the role:


As a Senior Fundraising Manager for Norther Ireland, you will oversee all Community and Events fundraising across Northern Ireland as well as special events and corporate relationships.

You'll be working actively alongside the wider central Mencap teamsacross social platforms and local media, developing overarching fundraising Marcoms plans in conjunction with the NI Communication & Marketing Team.

Managing a Community Fundraiser and working with the Country Director you'll be responsible for the deliveryand reporting of all budgets and spend for NI.

This is a lovely strategic role where you'll really be managing your patch in a holistic way bringing authenticity to your role and relationships.

This patch has a huge opportunity for growth and with the children'scentre as a meeting/event space to be able to utilise there is scope to build something really exciting here


About You:


Mencap are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of income generation and budget management and experience of developing successful national fundraising portfolios, with the ability to create effective and sustainable fundraising strategies.


You will be a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, comfortable operating strategically and with some solid stakeholder engagement (internal and external) experienced.

You'll be dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make NorthernIreland the best place to live for people with a learning disability.
