  • For an immediate start, we are looking to recruit casual Exam Invigilators for occasional
- days when required to ensure examination/assessments are conducted correctly and in
- accordance with procedures and processes.

  • Working as part of a team of invigilators, tasks will include preparing exam rooms, observing students during the exam.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have a confident, flexible approach, good attention to
- detail, be an excellent timekeeper with effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
  • Purpose of the role
  • Oversee and supervise internal/ external examinations/assessments on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure that the academy complies with all necessary exam board regulations.
  • Key accountabilities (and specific duties/ responsibilities)
  • Assist in the setting up of the examination room.
  • Ensure no inappropriate items are brought into the exam room.

time.- Promote the safety and wellbeing of pupils, and help to safeguard pupils' wellbeing

by following the requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and

  • Look after children who are upset or have had accidents.
  • Arrange for all necessary repairs to be carried out to ensure the safe running of
kitchen equipment and remove any faulty equipment pending repairs. Where
- repair or replacement exceeds the agreed budget, discuss this with Principal

  • Administrator.
  • Ensure that catering staff are adhering to proper hygiene procedures, including
wearing the correct uniform.- Record all accidents and incidents.

Safeguarding- Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance (including Keeping Children Safe

in Education, Prevent) and the school's safeguarding and child protection policies- Promote the safeguarding of all pupils in the school.
