Description

We are looking for dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Social Workers to join Hounslow Liaison Psychiatry Service (HLPS), Hammersmith and Fulham Liaison Psychiatry Service (H&FLPS) and Ealing Liaison Psychiatry Service (ELPS).

You will be a senior member of a growing and dynamic service where learning, professional development and a supportive environment are promoted.

If you have good clinical and leadership skills, this role will suit you.

You will offer a person-centred approach to service users' treatment, recovery and well-being and will involve their carers/family members in the care planning where appropriate.

You will offer guidance to junior members of the team and will share your knowledge and expertise with the multidisciplinary team.

You will work closely with colleagues from the acute trust and from other parts of the health and social care system to improve the care of service users and their experience.

You will be integral to team development and service improvement.
