Senior Category Manager| Leeds|£42,000-£44,000| Permanent| Fully Remote

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a Not for Profit Organisation in Leeds, to recruit a Senior Category Manager on a permanent basis.


This position is ideally suited for an individual with experience managing several categories whilst proactively leading on tendering and contract management opportunities.

The individual would assist the Head of Procurement in implementing a new Procurement strategy within the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is keen to further develop and progress within an exciting organisation.

The role offers

Role:


  • Manage the development and management of OJEU and under threshold tenders
  • Managing a selection of individual projects
  • Provide comprehensive insight of your category in both procurement and commercial aspects
  • Working under frameworks
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Individual:


  • Previous experience with public sector regulations
  • MCIPS or equivalent level of relevant experience
  • Ability to develop OJEU and under threshold tenders
