Our client is a logistics business, looking to recruit an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate their team in Swindon.
If you are currently a Logistics or warehouse manager we would love to hear from you.

**Salary: £40 - £45k PA

Based in Swindon although there will be some travel to the Midlands on occasion

25 days holiday**
The Role:You will be leading, motivating, and driving a team of 10 reports to ensure the optimum efficiency of the warehouse.


  • Stakeholder management
  • Logistics planning
  • Developing and improving operational processes
  • Setting SMART objectives for your team
  • Compiling data for delivery in presentations
