Digital Marketing Manager
IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEW

  • Salary £45k £55k plus quarterly bonus
  • Based in Weybridge, Surrey
  • 4 days per week in the office, 1 day WFH (not a Monday)
  • 25 days annual leave excluding the 8 bank holidays
  • An additional day of annual leave may be taken on the date of your birthday at the discretion of the Company
  • Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast growing Tech business based in Weybridge, Surrey.

Enthusiasm to explore opportunities that AI models brings to the market is highly desired. This is an office-based role for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills.

**_Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive sales and engagement
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third party vendors to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Track key data points such as impressions, engagements, conversions, and ROI
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs
  • Ensure accurate reporting of marketing activities and results

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work proactively and with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytic and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimisation
  • Ability to work in positions of ambiguity and make decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an officebased role
