Fully paid training for J-STD soldering (Internationally recognised standard)

  • Training on use of engineering drawings
  • Development can lead to further training on testing of assembled parts
  • Opportunity to further develop in other areas of the business(Engineering/Aerospace)
  • Pay banding aligned to skillset as you develop As a Manufacturing Assembler/Operator you will be responsible for:
  • Working with small parts requires a degree of manual dexterity and a sharp eye.
  • To be able to work in a team to achieve tight deadlines and meet output measures set by the line leader and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Quality inspection experience would be advantageous but not critical
  • To have a working knowledge of Windows 10 including Excel and word would be considered an advantage
