Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Support Worker Lead who can help people with complex needs live more independently.You'll lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support.
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
