Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in a care home or home care setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


Duties:


  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Ability to drive or travel to different locations as required
  • Proficient in using basic IT systems for documentation purposes
  • Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature towards individuals in need of care
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£11.44 per hour
