Description

The Orchards is an OFSTED registered Residential Family Centre located in Hanwell, London Borough of Ealing. We have been operating since 2015. We have a proven track record in providing fair, balanced, and evidenced based residential parenting assessmentsin Public Law Proceedings. Alongside the assessment, we offer support programmes for domestic violence, substance misuse, parenting, and preparation for independent living. We have a GOOD OFSTED rating.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a qualified social worker

Management experience is essential

Experience in Supervision of Staff

Undertaking Child and Family Assessments

Understanding of the OFSTED framework for Residential Family Centres

Experience in a residential social care setting will be preferable

Level 5 Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards Level 5 Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care qualification if you do not already have this.

The organisation will subsidise this.
