About Us:


Twenty4Seven are an Education agency in Cardiff who a looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor in a fantastic Secondary School.


As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage classroom activities during teacher absences.
  • Deliver preset lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
  • Maintain discipline and uphold school policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Report on student behavior and any issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a high school diploma (Alevels or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience working with students or in an educational setting is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Reliable and punctual.

How to Apply:


Salary:
£90.00-£100.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • QTS (preferred)
