With a commitment to safety and excellence, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the installation process, ensure project success.

Position Overview:

As a Site Supervisor for our client, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing the installation activities at various project sites.

Your role will involve ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and timely completion of projects. Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently plan and schedule site visits, aligning with directives from the contracts department.
Manage the efficient use of plant and materials, ensuring timely procurement and return.
Maintain a streamlined process to maximize resource utilisation.
Provide site progress updates to the contracts and operations manager.
Facilitate effective communication between site and management, sharing essential information for optimal resource allocation.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Attend site and contract meetings as necessary, contributing to comprehensive project planning.
Oversee the daily activities of site operatives, providing guidance and leadership.
Ensure adherence to the company's quality system and uphold Health & Safety standards within the team.
Regularly assess site progress and report findings as required.
Provide valuable insights on the performance of operatives, contributing to ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in site supervision or project management.
Proficiency in coordinating resources, managing personnel, and meeting project milestones.
Familiarity with quality assurance and Health & Safety protocols.
Experience performing in a similar
Knowledge of Fire Sprinkler systems would be beneficial.
