We are looking to recruit an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join Katherine Harriet as our Scheduling Officer.
We are ideally seeking someone who is experienced in this area, organised, enthusiastic and will be committed to ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality care to enable them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
You will be required to ensure that care packages are covered in line with client preferences and in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for the up keep of the 2 weekly templates and the completion of the rotas, as well as covering ad-hoc calls and to cover for sickness.
You will need to build professional relationships and trust with both the staff and clients to enable you to get the best from your job role.
You will be required to work alongside the Registered Manager and Care Manager to ensure that runs of work and working patterns are logic and efficient.
This role does require you to be part of the on call team, this is on a rota basis once every 4 weeks and one night during the week.
- To coordinate and manage personal and practical care services for people with a wide range of illnesses and possible disabilities
- To work with the Katherine Harriet team to ensure that the care service is safe, caring, effective, responsive and wellled in line with CQC requirements
- To keep a tidy and organised system of work and uptodate paperwork
- To inform the Registered Manager of any concerns with clients and staff
- To assist the office team to add new client information onto the company's staff rostering system, complete client care visits templates and coordinate care visits trough weekly rostering management
- To assist the office team to create and maintain efficient planning and organisation systems to ensure the smooth running of the service and the delivery of a quality system
- To be part of the On Call Team
- Full clean driving license is essential

- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role or care setting. Full training will be provided.

From £23,000.00 per year
