We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Commercial Agency Surveyor to grow our Commercial Agency and be part of the next chapter of our success story.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential commercial property opportunities and market trends.
  • Provide clients with accurate and uptodate information on available commercial properties, including rental rates, property features, and market conditions.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, property values, and investment opportunities based on market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and industry professionals to generate leads and facilitate property transactions.
  • Market and advertise commercial properties to attract potential tenants and buyers, including preparing property listings, coordinating property viewings, and conducting negotiations.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct property inspections and valuations to assess condition, market value, and potential for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, outlining property features, market analysis, and recommended strategies.
  • Stay informed about current legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to commercial property transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as property management, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient completion of transactions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Agency Surveyor, with a strong track record of successful commercial property transactions.
  • Indepth knowledge of the UK commercial property market, including trends, regulations, and market values.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different properties and client meetings.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
