Responsibilities of the service coordinator:

Scheduling engineers diaries, as well as providing any administrative support.
Dealing with customers regarding machine breakdowns over the phone to decide the best course of action.
Ensure all paperwork and logs on systems are up to date.
Liaising with facility and construction site managers to support any field activities.
Follow up on any quotes, creating purchase orders and ordering of any parts required.

Previous experience required of the service coordiantor:

Worked previously as a service coordinator, service controller, service planner, or service administrator, workshop controller, or workshop scheduler.
Previously worked within a busy, fast paced environment.
Ideally you would have had previous experience managing a team of engineers workloads.
Knowledge of Computer systems such as Syrinx, MCS and Hire Hop.
You
Must hold a Full UK drivers licence to be considered for this role.
