Shaw Hill Golf & Spa Hotel are looking for an Experienced Sales Assistant to join their Conference and Function team.

You will join a friendly, family run organisation who specialise in Hotel Breaks and Restaurant, Spa, Leisure, Weddings, Golf and Functions.

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and will be based in the Office along side the Wedding Co-ordinator, Golf Co-ordinator and Sales and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

• You will also be responsible for following up the sale with the relevant paperwork and contract and adding the details to the internal CRM systems.
• You will also need to make outbound calls and keep a record of the enquiries and provide a weekly report on the progress of the enquiries and sales.
• Must be proficient on Social Media
• Assisting the office with admin support
• Being able to run specific campaigns ie Christmas
• This is a 24 hr per week on a flexible rota (flexible to FT when covering Holidays)
• May include some weekends
