Description

The Customer Service Operator is responsible for receipt, storage and despatch of all manufactured finished products and will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.

A great deal of products are exported to China and due to the type of goods shipped, address labels need to be prerfect.


Our well-respected client is looking for a proactive and articulate forward thinking person with experience of working within a customer focused organisation or has expereince of shipping high value goods abroad.

You will have meticulous attention to detail with superb customer service skills and not afraid of a challenge. A working knowledge of Mandarin would be highly desirable.

Flexible working hours and a superb opportunity.

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages in particular Dynamics AX would be preferable.
