Our main focus is to prepare young people for the world of work, including raising their employability, including wider skills such as creativity and enterprise.

This role will involve delivering "Barclay's life skills" sessions across Cambridgeshire (including delivery at Cambridge Regional College ) schools and colleges as part of our preventative NEET program.

The role will primarily focus on delivering 1-hour life skills sessions to groups of students across the day, other duties will include facilitating day trips, outreach 1-2-1 progression work with young people looking to get back into education or employment.

You will be contracted to deliver on site and online sessions as per the delivery time table agreed by the colleges.

The Role

In this role, you will teach Barclay's life skills sessions to enable learners to fulfill their career aspirations and empower them to embark on working life.
Delivering sessions to college groups
You will deliver innovative and creative teaching to a variety of learning levels.
A motivated and professional individual who is dynamic, inspirational, and can manage their own workload

Teaching experience is essential and minimum teaching qualification should be PTTLs or equivalent.
