Job Title:
Customer Service Assistant**
Monday - Friday

Hours:
(09:00 - 15:00)

Salary:
Pro rata -
£23,000**
Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster

Hybrid Working available after probation

Responsibilities:


  • Answering telephone
  • Greeting clients
  • Sales & Price Enquiries (No Cold Calling)
  • Processing and Order Updating
  • Quotation requests
  • General Admin Duties

Skills:


  • Good phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
