Core duties are:

  • Responsible for ensuring tea/coffee/refreshments are set in the client suite meeting rooms as necessary, clearing away cups/glasses etc and keeping meeting rooms tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Configuring of boardrooms as per operational requirements, removing/adding tables, and chairs to the rooms.
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are setup according to individual booking requirements for each meeting or event. Liaising with Client Services Assistant and Client Experience Team Lead as required throughout the day to ensure smooth turnover of rooms in between meetings.
  • Checking stock of coffee, tea, biscuits, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks in client kitchen are at sufficient levels and liaising with Client Experience Lead in ordering more stock as needed.
  • Filling of colleague coffee machines with milk as required and carrying out machine cleaning processes to ensure these always remain fully operational. Keeping colleague kitchen and breakout spaces clean and presentable throughout the day. Keeping an eye on colleague coffee & tea level stock and liaising with Client Experience Team Lead to order sufficient stock.

  • Assisting with the setup and clear down of events as required under the direction of Client Experience Lead.
