Responsibilities:


As a Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility and accountability for the effective running and performance of your Region, Sites, and People.

The Objective is simple.

Create a Region that delivers on key business goals that have a team of engaged colleagues who are proud to work.

You will complete regular site visits in order to support your team and maintain high branch standards across yourRegion.
Communicating effectively with other support functions to ensure the needs of your Sites and colleague are met.

The journey that you chose to take your team on in order to achieve the Objective is over to you.


Requirements:
