About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our business
Lansdown Insurance Brokers in
Cheltenham.

Due to growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a
Commercial Account Handler to join our
Cheltenham office.

You will deliver exceptional client service acting as part of the Commercial Team, supporting Lansdown "right first time" approach to customer service.

Key responsibilities
***:

Assist Managerial Team in client communication, from renewal, adjustment and new business perspective in line with Lansdown's strategy
Plan, prioritise and manage individual and managerial work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
Use the appropriate method of communication to support Lansdown's right firsttime approach in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
To service existing Lansdown clients
Commercial and Residential Property
Any other duties required from time to time

Knowledge, skills and experience

Excellent, professional and confident communication skills
Spreadsheet manipulation
Flexibility
Manage workload
Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
Ability to construct effective written communications
Work well within a team especially under pressure
Confident numeracy skills
Qualified Cert CII or commitment to work towards within an agreed timescale
