An Account Support Executive is required for this leading Telecoms business based in Warrington.

You will support the Account Directors and will be tasked with developing existing customers who need specialist bespoke telecoms solutions


Duties will include:

  • Support Account Director to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Responsible for coordinating all account related workflow
  • Manage relevant communications between customer and Account Directors
  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Participate in staff meetings and client meetings research and assist with account development for existing clients and new prospects
  • Maintain a database of clients and prospects


This role offers a basic salary of £32-£35K with commission, excellent benefits, hybrid working and the opportunity to join a high growth business with a 'can do' approach.

To be suitable for this role you will have:

  • Proven relevant experience ideally gained in a fast paced sales environment
  • Telecoms industry experience is desired although not essential
  • Strong administration skills and high level IT skills
  • Experience of developing internal processes
  • CRM experience
