Are you organised, efficient, and detail-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Domestic Heating Team Ltd is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and service calls.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer information, work orders, and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support the team by handling general administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft office.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
