Finished Product Goods In Inspector
Join Philips Emergency Care Professional manufacturing team and help us to provide advanced medical device solutions in pre-hospital monitoring, cardiac therapy and data management.
Your role:
- Inspect partially and fully completed Assemblies to Engineering requirements.
- Development/creation of inspection instructions, work instructions and other quality documents.
- Report noncompliance issues, raise reports for nonconforming product detected at the goodsin stage and support production detected non conformities when required and action solutions
- Provide adhoc business support against specific demand for Inspection/measurement of product where required
- Ensuring appropriate levels of product and process inspections occur as defined in QMS processes
- Providing real time feedback to quality and manufacturing management on issues that may affect the quality of incoming, outgoing materials or product.
- Liaison with shop floor and design personnel to resolve manufacturing quality issues and encourage qualityled processes.
- Maintenance of quality control records in accordance with processes and improving quality records, systems and practices and support documentation control as required.
You're right for this role if you have a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Experience of Quality engineering, Quality Inspection and Quality Control
or related studies ie. Mechanical or Electronics Engineering degree - Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or technical environment or similar preferred
- Practical mechanical skills and familiarity with handling electronic assemblies including electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions
- Experience of electromechanical assemblies and/or devices manufacturing
- Experience in either quality engineering of whole/finished electronic devices
The operations quality department ensures that the product quality standards are always met and that the customers receive a high quality product.
The team encompasses of quality control technicians carrying out various quality checks on the incoming goods, finished products and quality engineers driving other operations quality functions.
