Management Information Coordinator - London (Kentish Town)

Data control, and process administration are central to creating efficient and effective operations within the Property function. In delivering a focussed, consistent, and methodical approach the role will provide "back office" support to a team of professionals,supporting the team to meet group objectives


What you will be doing

  • Creation and maintenance of Murphy Property Database
  • Group assets, alongside Investment & Development assets.
  • Creation and maintenance of Murphy Property Database
- projects.

  • Be the single point of all validated data and information including legal, valuation, planning, condition, occupational leases, licences, investment leases and planning consents etc.
  • Map the estate to include boundary ownerships / local plan policies etc "war room" approach and update as appropriate.
  • Supporting the approval process on D365 for all new purchase orders, increases in financial limit, invoicing, goods receipting (GRN) and 3way matches; onboarding new vendors and raising purchase orders
  • Coordinate the supply of all information with Rating Advisors to ensure Murphy costs are minimised.
  • Assist in collation of costs for allocation to business units and provide supportinginformation.
  • Coordinate billings working with finance to ensure all billings (including increases) are consistent with existing lease arrangements, properly communicated and recorded
  • Create and maintain an inspection schedule for the Murphy estate, inclusive of scheduling any adhoc inspections required for varying reasons.
  • Assist in the apportionment of utility bills and over costs in accordance with relevant market practices (in line with the guidance provided)


  • Credit Control

  • Work with finance to produce regular aged debtor list and assist in chasing of arrears including answering questions
  • Collate all general inward correspondence (for example from statutory bodies) and track to make sure team has issued a response


  • Filing

  • Ensure all electronic filing is hosted consistent with applicable policies
  • Point of contact for Group and Project enquiries
  • Complete other tasks not outlined on the job description from time to time in line with business needs.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience of a role requiring similar collation, assimilation of data and record keeping
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Very detail orientated and exceptionally accurate
  • Methodical and reliable
  • Ability to work without supervision / however, be willing to take instruction
  • Strong (fun) personality will need to demand data and information to fulfil role 100%
  • Ability to suggest process and system improvements
  • A wish to take extra responsibility where it assists role
