We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to join our friendly and dedicated team as part of our double up team.

We have permanent positions available to cover calls in Cromer, Sheringham and surrounding areas.

We provide individualised care in the home to support people to remain independent.


Annual Salary £20,800 plus mileage allowance based on 40 hours per week.

We pay shift rates and operate a 4/3 rota system, working 4 days on and 3 days off. We currently have a vacancy for full time hours per week) care assistant. Part time positions (20 plus hours per week) are also available. All staff receive permanent contracts of employment. You will require a good standard of English to maintain clear records and follow Elite Care's policies and procedures and care plan documents.

Good communication skills to build a good rapport with our service users and to assist in the development and promotion of their health and well-being.

The ability to adapt to situations and use problem solving skills.
