Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a committed and reliable Estates Officer to join our College.
The Estates department provides the College with a clean and well-maintained, fit for purpose estate that supports teaching and learning.
In this role, you will support the Principal, senior management and Estates Manager in their supervision and control of students in and about the College premises and site.
You will have responsibility for unlocking and locking the College, conduct general College security services, carry out cleaning duties, move furniture and equipment and set up rooms for examination and teaching purposes and general maintenance of the College site.
We are looking for a friendly and organised individual who will take pride in looking after the college buildings and grounds, with a "can do" and a "hands on" attitude.
This is a full time, permanent, 35 hours per week position on an established alternating rota system including ad hoc Saturdays and Sundays and core hours of 7.00 am pm.
