Wild Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join one our Milton Keynes client who are one of the UK's leading household brands with a strong international presence.


You will work closely with both the Warehouse Manager and the Shift Leads to continue to push for excellence and offer support and guidance to the team that you lead.

Duties include but are not limited to;

As the Warehouse Team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift warehouse operatives and shift leaders, reporting any issues to the department managers.

You will have experience ensuring that the team has everything they need to go about their daily tasks and be able to adequately resource for the shift to meet the business requirements.

You will be the first point of contact for all staff absence and will manage these in accordance with company policy.

Competently being able to recruit, interview and train new team members of staff will be essential to the role as well as managing the team performance.

You will ultimately be a team player who strives for excellence not only in oneself but also in the team around you.


  • Previous experience in similar role
  • WMS System experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail Previous staff management experience
  • Selfsufficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask Flexible to take on additional workload
The Shift

  • 15:30 00:00
  • 5 out of seven with every Saturday off
  • Pay Rate £16.49 p/h
  • Temp to Perm contract
  • Immediate Start
