An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
Key Account Coordinator to join an international engineering brand on a
full-time,
permanentbasis.

The purpose of this role is supporting and managing the customer expectations and will focus on tracking and monitoring the customer orders through the business, from initial customer order to final delivery.


The successful
Key Account Coordinator will be based at their offices in
Leamington Spa,and you will be the main point of contact for customers, communicating with them daily providing proactive communication on all order related issues, order progression and inventory control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquires and requests in a professional manner
  • Use problem solving skills and own initiative to respond to queries regarding invoice and delivery problems, credit requests and returns.
  • Ensure customer requested delivery is achieved and within target
  • Develop communications and relationships
  • Accelerate orders to meet the changing demands of customers.
  • Management of customer order book on a daily basis and reporting
  • Deal with customer enquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Manage customer electronic ordering process
  • Working with external sales teams
  • Challenge and drive process improvements
  • Clear invoice queries to ensure timely payment

Key Account Coordinator
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills are essential to ensure smooth handover between job share partners
  • Self
- starter with experience in a result and target driven environment

  • Previous order management experience
  • Experience in developing relationships
  • Ability to work on own initiative and proactively take on tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, and other internal databases
  • A full UK driving licence would be required for this position as occasional travel within the UK will be required.

Working Hours:


37.5 hours per week Monday -Friday 08.30am -5.00pm -The company are trialling hybrid working hours, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.


Job Types:

Salary:
£11,111.00 per year
