How would you like a Class 1 Driving job with the weekend off? How about working on a night trunk working standard routes through the week? Christmas and Bank Holidays sound tempting also? Well, this is possibly the job for you We are currently recruiting Class 1-day drivers to join our team in Daventry working for one of our respected contracts.

You will be working Monday to Friday days with start times between 2000 and 0400hrs. We are offering an hourly rate of £13.94, plus allowances.

You'll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and ongoing training including annual CPC and many other perks.


What you'll do on a typical day:

  • You will be safely driving our HGV Class 1 Vehicles in a courteous manner
  • You will be delivering vehicle parts to sites
  • Making sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeys
  • Light manual handling may be required

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Valid LGV C+E Licence
  • An up to date CPC and DIGI card
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • No DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licence
