£27,520 per annum plus excellent companywide benefits and opportunity for overtime.
Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights.
Position Summary
Are you ready to kick-start your career in the world of logistics? We have the perfect entry-level position for an aspiring logistics professional.
We are looking for Warehouse Operators to join our dedicated logistics department at our Nestle Waters site in Buxton, Derbyshire.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operator
Reporting to the Shift Manager you will support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure high safety standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
- Responsible for ensuring the production line is cleared of pallets of finished goods, either to storage or marshalling location for line loading
- Approach work with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Load or unload trailers through loading docks or loading bays
- Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs such as delivering packaging materials to the production line in a timely manner
- The role will also require adaptability and flexibility as you may be required to work in different areas of the department and plant.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience working towards safety standards.
- Ability to work toward performance targets.
- Preferable
- Ability to operate all required MHE including Forklift Truck (e.g. Reach Truck, Counter Balance, T20) if no license held inhouse training will be provided.
