£27,520 per annum plus excellent companywide benefits and opportunity for overtime.

Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights.

Position Summary

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the world of logistics? We have the perfect entry-level position for an aspiring logistics professional.

We are looking for Warehouse Operators to join our dedicated logistics department at our Nestle Waters site in Buxton, Derbyshire.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operator

Reporting to the Shift Manager you will support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensure high safety standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
Responsible for ensuring the production line is cleared of pallets of finished goods, either to storage or marshalling location for line loading
Approach work with a continuous improvement mindset.
Load or unload trailers through loading docks or loading bays
Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs such as delivering packaging materials to the production line in a timely manner
The role will also require adaptability and flexibility as you may be required to work in different areas of the department and plant.

No prior experience required We welcome individuals with a passion for logistics and a willingness to learn and develop.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Experience working towards safety standards.
Ability to work toward performance targets.

Preferable

Ability to operate all required MHE including Forklift Truck (e.g. Reach Truck, Counter Balance, T20) if no license held inhouse training will be provided.
