We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our clients. Their independent financial advisers offer personal and business client support across Scotland. Their diverse knowledge and expertise are unrivalled.

Working hours:

As an IFA Administrator, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday.

The successful IFA Administrator will be offered:

Salary of between £21,000
£27,000 basic

To be considered for the IFA Administrator role you must have:

A positive cultural attitude at all times
Good written and oral communication skills
The ability to take on and understand the environment we operate within, and the issues this raises
General IT skills

As an IFA Administrator, your role will involve:

Processing client instructions in a timely manner
Be responsible for your own workload
Preparing annual review packs on an ongoing basis
Arranging client meetings
Prepare documents for new client meetings
Issue Letters of Authority, and follow up with providers
Generate Dynamic Planner risk report
Preparation of annual review packs
Completion of the annual suitability assessment for existing clients
Taking withdrawal requests
Prepare invoices
Process new business on IO
Instruct fund switch requests
Chase up outstanding adviser charges
