Description
The Trust is looking for a part-time, permanent Retail Licensing and Digital Officer to work 28 hours per week.

Working within the Commercial team you will support the product development, image licensing, brand licensing and publishing programmes.


You will be responsible for ensuring the online shop and commercial image site are accurate, up-to-date and presented to the highest quality.

You will be responsible for driving sales as well as creating high standards of presentation for the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust shops and other commercial collateral.


You will be an advocate for our retail brand, creating promotional materials for visual merchandising and new product launches, and engaging our audiences with the stories of our products through social media and shop point of sale.

You will be creative and resourceful, with a passion for retail and an eye for detail. You will be confident managing digital images and creating content for social media.

You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate your enthusiasm for Shakespeare and the Trust's collections.
