Who you are


We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to join our marketing division and play a fundamental role in defining, driving, executing, and optimising our digital plan.


As digital lead, reporting into the Brand Director, you will spearhead the strategic planning of all digital channels to drive efficiencies and scale across both acquisition and supporting on the execution of brand awareness campaigns.

Entrepreneurial and a natural leader, you will be central to shaping the evolution and economics of our business.


Passionate and highly knowledgeable about digital acquisition, you'll be well versed in devising and implementing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into customers.

Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of growth levers and ROI, you'll optimise and innovate our existing channels and processes to increase customers and retention rate.


The role

  • Implement an engagement and acquisition strategy for digital, app and Ecommerce to drive sales growth for the business.
  • Maintaining and monitoring our web platforms. Optimising and enhancing the user journey. Analysing traffic to increase revenue and engagement on both the site and on App.
  • Key understanding of SEO and how to maintain and improve this throughout the site.
  • Oversee our online paid ad space, increasing acquisition activity for the business's Digital Products.
  • Lead on setting digital measurement targets on volumes, CPA, ROI targets and OKRs.
  • Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximise efficiency of digital channels.
  • Define best practices for tracking, reporting, automation, attribution. Implement A/B testing to ensure ongoing efficiency and results.
  • Whilst leading, inspiring, and growing a small digital team to support in the execution of tactics and campaigns, you will be responsible for full delivery. Manage external freelancers and agencies and prioritising tasks.
  • Research, evaluate and implement new growth opportunities for scaling customer acquisition via digital. Monitor and improve the UX/UI on site as well as increasing CRO throughout the site.
  • Work hand in hand with web development / tech resources to deliver against the digital strategy.
  • Overseeing social media posting, content and paid social ads.

Skills

  • Leadership and people management.
  • Experience in a small to midsize business ideally founder led.
  • Adaptable, agile and thrive in fast paced environments.
  • Digital experience across digital platforms. Ideally experience with WordPress.
  • Confident leading the launch of both our Android subscription app and developing our IOS app.
  • CRM strategy, ideally experience with Mailchimp.
  • Knowledgeable about app development and launch across IOS and Android.
  • Solutions led problem solver.
  • Expertise is SEO, Paid ads and Google Analytics.

Salary:
£58,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
