Working alongside the Sales and Course Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales order processing and responding to customer queries
  • Coordinating course, providing all relevant equipment and stock to fulfil the customers needs
  • Liaising with and coordinating the Sales Agents
  • Utilizing office software to create quotations and database management
  • Maintaining price lists
  • Coordinating clinical cases and equipment loans
  • Utilizing Google Suite for various office tasks
  • Maintaining organized files and records

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in data entry and general office tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Competence in using Google Suite for office productivity
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
This is a full time post however some flexibility can be taken into consideration
