'''Duties'''Working alongside the Sales and Course Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Sales order processing and responding to customer queries
- Coordinating course, providing all relevant equipment and stock to fulfil the customers needs
- Liaising with and coordinating the Sales Agents
- Utilizing office software to create quotations and database management
- Maintaining price lists
- Coordinating clinical cases and equipment loans
- Utilizing Google Suite for various office tasks
- Maintaining organized files and records
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in similar positions
- Proficiency in data entry and general office tasks
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competence in using Google Suite for office productivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
