Responsibilities:
Ensure that the store is stocked with products at all times.
Ensure that the store is clean at all times, cleaning, Hoovering, etc.
Answer customers' questions about the products.
An excellent face to face customer service
Conducting customer transactions.
Assisting with store deliveries.
Managing Online orders, dispatching, and updating.
Answering phone calls.
To carry out opening and closing the store
Must willing to learn embroidery and printing. Training will be provided. If needed.
No holidays can be booked between 10th August to the end of September, due to Summer seasonal work.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must be able to do 9 am pm (Mon-Fri) and Saturdays 9-5 pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 10-38 per week
Salary:
£6.50-£10.50 per hour

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
