Do you have Group Travel Operations experience?

Have you worked within Student Group Travel?

Do you have good geographical knowledge of the UK from a tourism perspective?
Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading language schools organisation and tour operator.


The role:


You will be overseeing Coach Coordination, Public Transport bookings for trips and excursions, coordinating airport transfers for arriving and departing student groups and working closely with the the transport providers to ensure punctuality, and safety.


You will be liaising with student campus staff to ensure timings work with transfers, and building relationships with UK attractions to ensure smooth entrances and best rates.


To be successful in the role:

Experience within travel operations, tour operating or student group travel through the UK is a must, having at least 2 years of solid operational and logistics experience is essential and experience in an educational or language school setting is also plus.


You must have

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer literate

Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
