What you'll be doing:


  • Have ownership of campaigns and actively communicate with all stakeholders involvedDrive Continuous Improvement, this includes but is not limited to how efficiently we use the WFM tool, how we schedule and ensure we maximise opportunities on flexible schedulingImprove roster efficiency ensuring we are best in class for the industry, using known best practise from external sources as well as partnersFind creative solutions to the increasing channels providing a scheduling solution that ensures efficient use of resource on nonvoice channels as well as the more traditional channelsSupport business transformation taking responsibility to know what is happening within the business, understand the what, why, when, how and who and plan for itForecast and analyse trends in resource activity on a regular basis and make recommendations to the Customer Service Management Team on the most effective use of resourcesCommunicate key information and updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is kept up to date with outlookProactively scheduling to provide optimised cover, considering annual leave, coaching, training and any worktime restrictions. Partner with stakeholders to understand any issues which may have an impact on scheduling and resource levels and review rotas as necessary

Qualifications:


What we're looking for:


  • Experience with the systems used in Central Workforce Planning (CWP), including but not limited to Verint Impact 360Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues, review all possible solutions and support stakeholders to ensure that there is an agreed outcomeA willingness to take ownership of the areas scheduled for but to also consider the big picture working in a collaborative way for the entire department A desire to build business relationships with key areas and stakeholdersCapable of working as an effective member of the team, providing planning support to the wider Membership population in obtaining operational and financial objectives


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
