The Padawan Project are looking for a new Maintenance Assistant

We are a hospitality operations company based in Brighton & Hove, the role will involve going between our sites as required helping with day to day basic maintenance such as repairs, painting & decorating, cleaning, manual labour, assembly or deconstruction, and other general handyman tasks.

Some previous experience in maintenance is required, although this role could potentially suit someone who is reasonably new to the industry.

We have tools you can use but ideally you already have the basics. Accommodation is also possible.

You'll be suited for this role if you are:

• problem solver

- able to perform basic general maintenance tasks/fixes
- proactive, can spot potential maintenance issues arising
- reliable and punctual
- happy to work independently or with others

This role is part time (2-3 days a week), and continuously planned with our company Management team. This role should work well alongside other ad hoc jobs you have.
