Description

An experienced call centre or contact centre agent required to join a friendly Customer Service team in Maidenhead, on a fixed term contract.

You will be working within the housing industry, so any housing experience would be beneficial, however this isnot essential.

The contract will initially be for eight months, however this could be extended.

The starting salary is £23,920 and would increase to £25,480 after completion of a successful probation period.

Key duties include:

Provide advice and assistance to customers and resolving their queries appropriately
Delivering a firstclass customer service
Undertaking outbound calls and working collaboratively with all departments to resolve queries

Key skills and requirements:

Customer Service experience
Experience in using CRM computer systems
High level of integrity to handle customer enquiries
Effective communicator with the ability to remain calm when dealing with sensitive or difficult situations
Excellent listening skills
