Description
We require a contract coordinator to manage all of the company's contracts. They will keep track of all of the businesses existing agreements and ensure that these agreements are properly documented.They will manage the hard copy of the contracts, update records, and review contracts to ensure that the best deals are made for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Liaise with management and ensure contract terms and conditions are met
- Analyse legal documents and advise on contractual issues.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Manage the contract closure process.
- Negotiate, draft, and revise commercial contracts.
- Analyse and interpret legal documents and provide advice on potential contractual issues.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing contracts.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with agreements.
- Participate in contract review and approval processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Proven experience negotiating and managing contracts.
- Indepth knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and the regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

£18,145.49-£30,833.08 per year
