Mortgage Administrator / Bookkeeper

The role:


A unique role is available for to work for a small, yet highly successful financial services provider who specialise in property finance.


This is a dual role, assisting with the day to day mortgage administration as well as the bookkeeping for a property portfolio.

Experience of bookkeeping essential, along with experience of utilising accountancy software such as Sage, Quickbooks, Freshbooks etc.


Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals.


Responsibilities:


Skills & Experience Required:


  • A minimum 6 months mortgage administration experience.
  • Bookkeeping experience.
  • Understanding of accounting software (Sage, Freshbooks, Quickbooks etc)
  • Experience of administering BTL and / or Bridging Finance cases advantageous
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
