Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist customers in both English
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and calculations
- Sell products or services by presenting features and benefits to customers
- Maintain an organized work environment to facilitate efficient customer service
Experience:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,440.43 per year
