We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Utilize bilingual skills to assist customers in both English
  • Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Utilize basic math skills for transactions and calculations
  • Sell products or services by presenting features and benefits to customers
  • Maintain an organized work environment to facilitate efficient customer service

Experience:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,440.43 per year
