Description
We are currently seeking to employ Helpdesk Administrator / Contracts Administrator who will assist our clients established team with call handling, resource planning and compliance monitoring duties within the Facilities Services division.
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
- Proactively monitor and oversee work order progressions through to completion, working to ensure no unnecessary delays to completion
- Respond to Client queries and provide timely updates on job progressions in a professional manner
- Use internal reports and live data to promote efficient performance to successfully hit KPI's
- Generation of purchase orders for materials and subcontractor requirements as per each job requirement
- Plan, schedule and assign Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work orders to mobile engineers within a specific geographical area
- Ensure all PPM and reactive work orders and scheduled efficiently minimising travel time
- Ensure all PPMs are completed within the appropriate timescales
- Liaise with mobile engineers and contract manager to ensure efficient planning of work
- Escalate potential SLA failures in advance to optimise opportunity to avoid failure
- Administration tasks as required by the business

- Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 weeks
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
