Description
My client, a multi-site manufacturing related organisation with a people focussed culture is seeking a Level 5 CIPD HR Advisor to join them on a hybrid basis.
Reporting into the Head of HR and working 2 days in the Portsmouth office and 3 days from home, Duties include:- Advising on ER cases including disciplinary & grievances, absence management etc
- Managing day to day HR queries from the business
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Supporting the Head of HR with HR projects including Reward and Wellbeing
- Advising & Coaching Managers on correct HR policy and procedure
- Ad hoc HR tasks
- Be Level 5 CIPD Qualified or actively studying Level
- Have a background in advising on ER cases
- Be a strong communicator
- Be available on 1 months notice or less
