Head of Global Mobility

Our Global Mobility tax advisory service is a key and growing product line for activpayroll, and as we continue to grow our global customer network, we are committed to developing our best in class expatriate employee tax and global HR consulting product to support and complement our overall growth strategy.
As we look to evolve this critical area of the business, and build on the fantastic legacy in place, we are now looking for our new Head of Global Mobility. This role will take the lead on all aspects of the Global Mobility tax and HR advisory business performance, helping us to continue to deliver brilliant customer service and to seek commercial growth and new opportunities to scale the business.

Now for the technical bit...

You'll be the focal point of the business, responsible for a brilliant team of global mobility, tax and HR experts, supporting them with performance, effectiveness and development
You'll be driving brilliant customer service, acting as the key account contact for all Global Mobility and Global HR clients and ultimately responsible for the delivery of the full service portfolio
As part of a small, agile and handson team, you'll also be working directly with clients on some of the most highprofile or challenging assignments that they bring us
We have big ambitions to scale and develop the business, so you'll have responsibility to grow the function and help us build an approach that sets us apart
You're the business manager, so you'll set the commercial terms, review and approve invoices, aged debt and financial targets as well as manage and control the team budget
You'll be part of the wider leadership team, attending business development and commercial team meetings, using your expertise to assist the senior leadership team with success and growth
