  • YOUR ROLEOur operation in Barton upon Needwood, who provides logistics services to a large aerospace customer, has the opportunity for a well organised shipping coordinator to join their team. The purpose of this role is to support the shipping functions for the aftermarket operation, processing compliant documentation for national and international shipments.
  • This is a Monday Friday position, 40 hours per week on a rotating shift.
  • Week 7am 3:30pm, Week 8am 4:30pm, Week 3&4 9am 5:30pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Handle customer and third-party enquiries in accordance within the established procedures.

  • You will ensure accurate records are made and maintained in line with compliance within the HRMC regulations.
  • Prepare and process all import, export and UK documents.
  • Update all systems and maintain records as required ensuring all tasks are completed.
  • Contribute and provide up to date information when requested by the customer or managers.
